Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Momento.la mobile application. By using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of App
You must be at least 18 years old to use our app. By using our app, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
You agree to use our app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You must not use our app in any way that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

2. Points System
Our app uses a points system to track usage. You can earn points by posting content, and points will be deducted when you view other users' posts.

3. Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post on our app. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to post the content. You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or offensive.
You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your content in connection with our app.

4. Post Visibility
Posts are visible for 72 hours to ensure that the content is fresh and up-to-date.

5. Image Limitations
Each post allows up to 5 images to be uploaded. Images must be no older than 2 hours at the time of posting.

6. Inappropriate Content
Users can flag inappropriate content. If a post receives a certain number of flags, it will be removed from the platform. User will be suspended.
No violent material!
No sexual or nudity material!
No offensive language!

7. Intellectual Property
Our app and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Malaysia and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our app.
